Pizza, but make it pazza

I make the dough myself, fire up the oven and bake pizza after pizza until everyone's full. Neapolitan, and a little bit crazy.

In short

Real pizza, baked where you celebrate

A Neapolitan pizza is thin in the middle and airy at the edge, with those characteristic charred spots on the crust. I make the dough myself, let it rise slowly and bake every pizza on the spot, one at a time. So it arrives on your plate hot, just as it should.

  • Learned at home, made my own

I learned the basics in my parents' trattoria. Then I went my own way, and the recipe I use today is entirely mine.

  • Dough that takes its time

Made a few days ahead and left to rise slowly. That's what makes the difference.

  • 450 degrees, 90 seconds

That's how hot the oven gets, and how fast each pizza is ready. It gives the crust its airy puff and those typical leopard spots.

  • Your pizza, your way

Classics, vegetarian or something all your own. Tell me, and I'll make it.

For every party

Who's joining you at the table?

A handful of friends or a packed hall: I adapt the number of pizzas and the pace to your party.

  • A pizza on a plate in the garden

    Small and cosy

A birthday in the garden, a coming-of-age party or an evening with friends. Everyone gathers around the oven and picks their favourite.

    • Coming-of-age party
    • Children's party
  • A mushroom pizza on the table

    A big celebration

A wedding, an anniversary or a staff party. I keep the pizzas coming, even when the room is full.

    • Company party
    • Anniversary
  • A calzone on a plate, outside on the grass

    Open to the public

Neighbourhood parties, club events and markets. An oven you can smell from a distance, and a queue that moves quickly.

How it works

From dough ball to last slice

  1. Tell me what you have in mind

A date, a place and how many people are coming. From that, I put together a proposal with the pizzas and a tailored price.

  2. The dough takes its time

A few days before the party, I make the dough and let it rise slowly. That's the secret to an airy crust that is easy to digest.

  3. The oven fires up

I arrive with the oven and ingredients, fire it up and bake pizza after pizza, fresh for anyone who's hungry.

  4. Buon appetito!

You and your guests enjoy yourselves while I bake. Afterwards I pack everything up and leave nothing behind.
