Terms and conditions

The arrangements that apply when you book Pizza Pazza. Written to be read, not to be decoded.

1. Who we are

Pizza Pazza is Paride’s business, reachable at info@pizzapazza.be. The official company name and company number will be added here as soon as they are settled. Referred to below as “we”. The person or company that books is referred to as “the client”.

2. What these terms cover

They apply to every quote, confirmation and booking unless we agree otherwise in writing. The client’s own purchasing conditions do not apply, even if they appear on their order form.

3. Quotes

A quote is without obligation and valid for thirty days. Prices are tailored to each event, because no two parties are alike, and only become binding once confirmed in writing. All amounts are in euros.

4. Cancellation by us

If illness, accident, force majeure or equipment failure prevents us from coming, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund everything you have already paid. No further compensation is due in that case.

5. Weather

We also work outdoors and in almost any weather. In the event of persistent rain, storms or thunder, the client provides a covered area where the oven can stand safely, with enough headroom and ventilation. If that isn’t possible, we will discuss it. Bad weather in itself is not a reason for free cancellation.

6. Food and allergens

We work with homemade dough and fresh ingredients. Pizza dough contains gluten and most pizzas contain milk. Please mention allergies, intolerances or other dietary wishes when booking and we’ll see what is possible. Everything is prepared in the same kitchen and the same oven, so we cannot rule out traces of other products.

7. Equipment and damage

Our equipment remains ours. If it is damaged by the client or their guests, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the client. The client keeps guests, and certainly children, at a safe distance from the hot oven. At a children’s party, at least one parent or supervisor is always present. We are not liable for damage to lawns, patios or plants that is the normal result of having an oven there.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the booking. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or a party that does not go as hoped. Mandatory legal provisions of course still apply.

9. Complaints

Complaints about our service must be made in writing, with an explanation, within seven days of the event. That way we can still put things right. A complaint does not suspend the obligation to pay.

10. Photographs

We sometimes take photos of the oven and the pizzas for our website and social media. We don’t publish recognisable people without permission. Would you rather have no photos at all? Let us know when booking.

11. Applicable law

This agreement is governed by Belgian law. Disputes we cannot settle amicably will be brought before the competent courts of the judicial district where Pizza Pazza is established.
